Position: Test and troubleshooting operator

Description: the person in object will be required to perform functional test (and if needed flying probe/ICT test) on the daily production. Beside these standard activities, he/she will also have to repair fail products coming from internal production lines and/or repair products returned from the customer

Mandatory skills:

- PCBA and box built functional test experience- 电路板和盒内置功能测试经验

- Ability to read electric schematic and other PCBA documentation—阅读电气原理以及其他PCBA的文档能力

- PCBA troubleshooting-电路板故障排除

- Ability to provide repairing instructions to rework operators-能够向返工操作工提供维修指导

Optional knowledge:

- PCBA ICT test experience-有电路板ICT测试经验

- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data-能够准备报告和分析数据的能力

- Mechanical assembly knowledge-机械组装的 经验

- English knowledge (specially on reading skills)-有一定英语阅读能力

Growth possibility: with the development of test and integration department, in case of good performances there will be the possibility to become group leader of testing and/or assembling team
