职位描述：
? Monitor and ensure that all HR operations comply with the requirements of the company’s human resources policies and processes and China’s labor laws and relevant regulations;

? Development and implementation of the department’s annual budget, and to ensure that all HR activities within the scope of the budget implementation;

? Be responsible for the recruitment of staff to ensure quality and efficiency in recruitment to ensure that companies provide qualified employee;

? Be responsible for manpower establishment, wage and benefits issues;

? Be responsible for training needs analysis, design and conduct annual training plan;

? Be responsible for Employee Performance Appraisal;

? Complete monthly HR report;

? Organize employee activities to develop staff relations;

? Complete other work assigned by General Manager;

? 7-10 year HR generalist work experience gained within international hospitality industry, 3 years amongst which at managerial capacity;

? Well versed in statutory labour related requirements;

? Well organized and able to perform effectively in a hands-on manner;
