Position Summary:
This position is for a functional Consultant to join the SAP Center of Expertise (CoE). The SAP CoE is a global team with functional & technical resource in Linden, Milton Hill, Koln, Berre and Singapore. The team is responsible for support, optimization and full exploitation of Infineum’s global SAP platform.
The successful candidate needs to have excellent SAP & Finance background with an ability to understand complex business/operational processes and their interaction with systems. Relationship building, engagement and consultancy are key aspects of the role.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong SAP skills combined with excellent Finance business process knowledge.

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you
? Identify opportunities for business process improvement matching capabilities of SAP.
? Business analysis and requirements definition. Creation of functional specifications.
? SAP system configuration and on-going support. Fault fixing, change implementation and testing.
? Eagerness to learn new functionality
? Close working relationship with the Finance function.

A successful candidate is likely to have:
? 5+ years SAP ECC FICO implementation/configuration skills including banking interfaces, IDOC’s, product costing and support.
? Knowledge of one or more of the business processes supported by SAP and SAP transactions used in those processes.
? Awareness of current IT trends, particularly in the SAP area
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Business process analysis skills
? Delivery focused with proven success in business and end-user engagement
? Ability to take an integrated view of technical problems, spanning different areas of knowledge.
? Innovation and creativity. Candidate must be able to challenge assumptions and think expansively
? Strong team-based ethic plus ability to interact effectively with colleagues in a geographically diverse organization.
? Experience of working in a global IT support environment and on global IT projects.
? Potential to take on project and team leadership roles.
? Ambition and drive to develop within the role and within the Infineum organization.
