职位描述：
Principal Responsibilities（岗位职责）

?Address and resolve quality issues by identifying and eliminating root causes.
能够发现质量问题的根源并据此解决和处理质量问题。
?Supervise quality engineers and auditors with a focus on improving skill sets and effectiveness.
致力于提升质量工程师和检验人员的工作技能和工作效率来管理团队。
?Develop Supplier Quality Management System audit plan for both new and existing supplier. Follow through the auditing process until the closure of NCRs and CPARs.
为已有的及新供应商建立供应商质量管理体系审核计划。跟进审核过程和进度直到NCR 和CPAR完全关闭为止。
?Manage QA related projects from concept through completion. This includes handling timeline, cost, training plan, communication plan and supervising others on the project.
从概念到关闭管理QA相关项目。包括时间管理、成本控制，培训计划、沟通计划及监督项目的工作。
?Facilitate and/or lead cross-functional problem solving projects throughout the company.
能够处理公司跨职能部门问题并能够提出解决方案。
?Take lead to manage customer feedback especially on quality issues.
负责处理客户投诉尤其是质量问题投诉。
?Establish and maintain an effective supplier quality program for both local and oversea vendors. Put in place adequate inspection hold points based on Inspection and Test Plan.
针对国内外供应商，建立并维护有效的质量检验计划。可以根据检验和测试计划，设置适当的检验停止点。
?Other function assigned by the General Manager

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:（知识、技能及能力及能力要求）

?Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheet applications and word processing software.
能够熟练使用办公电脑，word,及电子表格等。
?Effective organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
能够用英语和汉语进行书面及口头进行沟通交流。
?Ability to exercise independent judgment and carry out responsibilities with a minimum of direction.
能够独当一面
?Proficiency in process improvement and problem solving tools and techniques.
熟悉过程改进工作及解决问题的技巧和工具。
?Demonstrate project management skills and facilitation skills.
项目管理和实施能力
?Able to travel extensively to visit suppliers both local and oversea.
能够适应国内外出差
?Experience with manufacturing quality control and supplier quality management and ISO9001:2015 Quality System.
具有制造业质量控制及供应商质量管理经验以及ISO9001(2015)质量体系经验。
?Have working experience in the same industry ie Crane Manufacturing.
具有同行业经验如：起重机制造
 
Education Requirements:（教育背景）

?Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable field.
