职位描述：
岗位职能：
1、参与多种平台的应用开发，包括web和mobile等产品，负责前端交互的实现
2、参与前端技术选型，对框架二次封装给团队的其它人使用
3、解决团队中遇到的技术难点，负责WebApp及混合APP的前沿技术和新技术调研
4、组织团队研究新技术，并能迅速的转化到潜在项目中，帮助团队（实习生）成长
5、包括安卓和IOS


技能描述：
1、熟练运用javascript语言与HTML5、CSS3等技术，能精通者javascript***
2、对前端前沿技术敏感，掌握zepto、Jquery、bootstrap、requirejs、seajs等前端常见框架，熟悉至少一门mvvm框架，比如vue、avalonjs等；熟练运用gulp,webpack等前端编译、构建工具，对web前端性能和技术体验进行优化
3、熟悉一门服务器语言如Java、nodeJS等
4、使用HTML5plus、mui框架开发过hybrid app的优先考虑
