Duties and responsibilities:
1. Sales coordination
- Drive weekly review and update of sales Quote Log for group share
- Maintain all sales files and documentations system properly
- Assist marketing data record and analysis
- Assist marketing events like exhibition, seminar & etc.
2. Internal sales
- In charge of standard components and aftermarket sales under the instructions of sales engineers, which including receiving of inquiry, issuing quotation, negotiation, order placing, delivery tracing, payment collection & etc.
- Cost analysis of internal sales
3. Project execution assistance
- Backup support to sales and engineering department for project execution
- Assist logistic (shipment, import/export, OPI record) management
- Assist finance department for inventory management
4. Import and export
- Handle import/export process properly for components and aftermarket business
- Ensure proper procedures at SAFE, CIQ, Customs as well as Tax bureau
Required Education and Experience:
1. University degree, major in International Trade or Economic
2. Min. 8 years working experiences, including 5+ years relative working experience at MNC
3. With financial experience will be a plus
4. Customer service oriented with good negotiation skills
5. Well-organized, detail-minded, good at scheduling multitasks upon priority and urgency
6. Proactive and independent, supportive and be a good team player
7. Good command of MS Office tools, ERP system
8. Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking is MUST
9. Fast learning, self-driving, can work under the pressure
10. Be mature, stable and loyalty
