职位描述：
Job Description:
1. The QA/QC engineer need maintain the supplier assessment document systems, prepare the supplier audit plan and audit report, verify the actions requested by AAK have been done in time by suppliers
2. Facilitate and verify the real implementation status of some management system and product certificates. Do the training for all related person for the system requirement. such as Halal, Kosher, RSPO, Non-GMO, Organic, reach,FSSC22000,SEDEX,etc
3. At least week check all records of Food safety CCPs and Quality CCPs, and also the key process and procedures implementation. such as cross contamination, rework policy implementation, allergen management, CIP cleaning, food additive adding, labels on finished goods, temperature control, process records and process setting, inspection plan and records, GMP and hygiene, etc
4. Do basic root cause analysis and collect the first line evidences when quality and food safety issues happened. Monitoring the real implementation status of all actions points. Collect and Report all abnormity/potential risks on food safety and quality.
5. Do basic quality/process quality parameters/data analysis and lead some continual improvement projects on quality and food safety
6. Join new product introduction meeting and follow up the quality and food safety actions
7. To have ownership and implement the related requirements of food safety, legislation, and quality management systems for this position.
8. Other task designed by QA/QC manager

Basic Requirements:
1. College degree or above majoring in food, food safety, food processing technology, microbiology, bio-chemical engineering etc.
2. Minimum with 2 years Quality assurance system/ food safety management system work experiences in food/food additive industries.
3. Minimum with 2 year experiences in QC or on site QC in food/food additive industries
4. Better to have food safety system (FSSC22000 or BRC) and regulatory knowledge
5. Minimum 2 years supplier audit experiences
6. Have basic skills on root cause analysis and CAPA
7. Some Experience of GMP, Halal, Kosher, RSPO, Non-GMO, Organic, Reach,FSSC22000,SEDEX,etc

Knowledge

Basic knowledge of food safety regulation
Basic knowledge of quality control, especially In-Process quality control
Problem analysis and solving skills
Supplier audit skills
Basic SAP knowledge

Good oral and written Chinese ability
