职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Keep closed monitor to suppliers’ performance to meet Bufab requirements in terms of QCDSE, and manage suppliers to take corrective actions to improve performance.
2. To develop new supplier strategically by market research and analysis to meet business development demands, performing new supplier assessment together with quality team.
3. Responsible for yearly cost saving target.
4. Provide professional and timely feedback to sales team about RFQ/projects.
5. As category owner, work close with sales team to provide professional expertise support including
market information, pre-costing and supplier recommendation to win new business.
6. As suppliers owner, not limited but including set up assigned category suppliers’ structure, potential
supplier base.
7. Support group and region sourcing request , not limited but including samples order handling and delivery arrangement and follow up the relevant status, assistant global SQE to solve quality problems.
8. Ensure all verbal and written interaction with all business partners - internal and external is at professional
standards.
9. If required, act as internal trainer to deliver internal training course to other colleagues.
10. If required, actively participate in company’s continuous improvement projects.
11. Other duties assigned by Manager.

Education & Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree , at least 3 years working experience with sourcing function in similar industry, if have trading experience in a multinational company is preferred.
2. Good business sense, sales concept and customer oriented.
3. Team player with efficiency and end-to-end work attitude.
4. Good communicate skills to drive others accountable and capable of solving problem independently.
5. Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft office.
6. Good command of written English, spoken is a plus. 举报 分享
