职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1. Direction and control (architecture, interior design, cooperation design) of assigned project, lead the project design management
2. Responsible for design quality in construction projects
3. Ensure the project which are working to the company procedures, project specifications,
standards and any project specific addenda;
4. Implement the Brose Architecture standard to all Brose location in China
5. Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with internal related departments, central functions, contractors, plant and relevant parties;
6. Ensure good quality of architecture and inner decoration design
7. Inspect and supervise the plant to implement the Brose corporation design standard

Main requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture background, at least 6 years architecture design experiences.
2. Experience with international projects or offshore Client is preferred. At least 5 projects experience in high standard international projects.
3. Strong capabilities in architecture and inner decoration design
4. Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement.
5. Experience of using engineering and project management software for the help of engineering work and management work.
6. Familiar with local and international Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation.
7. Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive.
