职位描述：
1. Responsibilities


1. Lead Global Logistics organization of 5 sub-teams: Asia Logistics in Shanghai, EMEA Logistics in Ireland, NA Logistics in US, Logistics Finance/Freight Management, and System/Project Management

2. Develop a learning Organization with a zeal towards Organization Excellence

3. Manage global logistics ops from Logistics Strategy identification, Infrastructure design/setup, Process set up, to Monitoring, feedback and fine-tuning.

4. Serving both Retail, OEM & Enterprise customers; manage and ensure Operations Excellence with KPI of On-time-delivery, Loss/Damage DPM, Supplier Score Card, Freight Budget Control and Cost Saving

5. Partner with Procurement dept. on Logistics Sourcing, RFP and carrier management

6. Lead or engage in Supply Chain Network Design for different product families including global hub locations Decision and final mile delivery routing/process

7. Manage global freight finance including planning, reconciling, analysis and drive for cost reduction. Use Transportation Management System (TMS) tool to perform global freight audit and payment

8. Customs and Trade Compliance for cargo movement globally, working with Corp. Compliance team on HTS Classification, Brokerage setup, Export Control, License application/renew

2. Requirements

? Minimum BA/BS Degree, and preferably with MBA or Masters of Supply Chain/Logistics
? 10+ years’ experience in multi-national company
? 10+ years people management experience
? Strong Execute and Exceed capability with proven track record
? Excellent communication and influencing skills with international teams
? Global holistic Supply Chain view and strategy
? Rich experience in project management
