Job Responsibility:

1.To deliver superior travel service to the clients at the retail store.

2.To be familiar with airlines route & policy and travel destination information to offer best options.

3.To be efficient in dealing with different inquiries and reply the clients within 12 hours.

4.To report to duty punctually as per established company P & P.

5.To achieve annual sales quota

6.To project a professional image of Great West Travel.

Requirement:

1.College dgree or above

2.Fluent oral and written English.Able to communicate with expatriates

3.Proficient in operating Abacus & Eterm system

4.Good knowledge of travel destination

5.Patient and nice personality. Able to work under pressure

6.At least one year or over working experience in travel service company
