职责描述:

？ 与单抗部门其他员工一起完成单抗制备工作；
？ 完成详细的实验设计与分析，同时完成相关的实验工作如免疫、融合、筛选等；
？ 合理安排工作，确保按时按质完成工作任务；
？ 协助完成产品开发；
？ 完成实验相关的文件和报告；
？ 提供必要的项目进程报告；
？ 完成与工作相关的其它研发性工作。

要求:

？ 具有3年以上抗体工作经验的硕士或同等学力和经验
？ 具有丰富的抗体制备经验
？ 熟悉抗体制备的各种相关技术
？ 熟悉各种抗体表征技术，如ELISA、WB、IP、IHC等
？ 熟悉各种抗体克隆技术
？ 积极向上，具有良好的团队合作意识 举报 分享
