Responsibilities:
- Management of SanDisk finish goods (retail & OEM) transportation outbound from Asia
plants to worldwide
-Management of SanDisk semi finish goods transportation (internal site transfer) within
Intarsia region.
- Management of SanDisk global raw materials & capital equipment transportation (vendors
to SanDisk sites)
- Maintaining high standard of On Time Delivery & Loss/Damage Index.
-Supply chain set up and optimization for high efficiency or customer needs
-Contingency plan and trouble shooting skills
-Team building and leading – 3 subordinates
- Forwarder management with SOP & KPI evaluation
-Cost saving and avoidance
-Asia RFQ participation
- Liaison and synergy with SanDisk cross functional teams and US/EMEA logistic teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Commerce, Economics， Engineering， Supply Chain Management
-10-12 years working experience in logistics industry with 5 years manager role,
semiconductor plant experience preferred
-Good people management mindset and skill
- Strong international supply chain competence
-Effective problem-solving skill
-Fast Learner & adapter
- Pro-active and self-oriented working style
-Flexible and able to work with extended hours and pressure
