结财部主管岗位职责 （文件编号：SLWI-CKB-0301.HO）
1.1组织实施公司财务和会计业务的管理工作；
1.2根据公司年度经营计划拟订年度财务预算，并对公司实行预算管理；
1.3根据公司财务管理制度要求，组织日常会计及账务处理工作；
1.4组织编制、汇总公司各类财务报表；
1.5对公司及经营活动和经济效益进行财务分析，并定期向总公司财务总监和公司决策机构提供财务分析报告；
1.6参加公司经营会议；
1.7组织公司的财务统计，并定期提供统计报告；
1.8按照公司要求，负责资金使用和管理方面的具体实施工作；
1.9组织公司的现金收付及结算工作；
1.10组织公司的销售业务的开票工作；
1.12协助有关部门做好公司的薪酬与考核工作；
1.13审核公司职能部门各类费用，并组织费用报销工作；
1.14组织公司各类固定资产、流动资金及需要建立台账的低值易耗物品的账务处理工作；
1.15组织公司各类资产的清查盘点及账务处理工作；
1.16组织公司上缴税款的申报和缴纳工作；
1.17负责公司的财务档案，保证会计凭证的合法、完整与规范；
1.18协助财务总监与政府的税务、统计、工商、社保等部门保持良好的关系，加强业务联系及沟通；
1.19完成公司领导交办的其它工作任务。
1.20全面熟悉国家规定的各项财经政策、法令和各项规章制度、税收制度，并熟悉生产经营状况。
1.21及时正确的进行转账凭证的编制，各类凭证的汇总、装订、相关明细账、总账的登记，账表相符。做到账账、账证相符。
1.22按照“会计档案管理办法”管理财务档案。
1.23按年、季、月编制财务报表，收集、整理本企业和同行业有关会计资料，定期或不定期的进行综合分析和专题分析，并写出分析报告。
1.24根据分析资料和有关经济信息进行财务预测，并为领导经营决策提供可靠的会计资料。
1.25经常深入实际调查研究，分析财务活动中存在的问题，按制度规定上报财务情况说明书，并有改进管理的措施和建议。
