JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop IT business solutions
- For branch users through the development of various IT application like MIS reports, workflow application, office automation applications
- To improve the operation efficiency and the improve the information quality so as to provide a faster reaction time to the market

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & OUTCOMES:
- To develop data warehouse for centralize and to automate all MIS and reports preparation workflow.
- To support automation on HKMA regulatory report, Head Office report, and ALCO report.
- Provide troubleshooting for any system issue raised from daily operations.
- To document the application operations, coding functions and logistics among the system development lifecycle.
- To develop workflow automation / collaboration system with Microsoft SharePoint.

Are you?
- a Bachelor degree graduate or above in related disciplines
- willing to learn the banking operations
- a self-starter and a result-oriented team player
- able to think analytically, detail-oriented, and display consistent performance
- independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems and issues
- with good command in written and spoken English. Mandarin speaker is an advantage

Can you?
- participate in the system development of banking application
- ensure I.T. services are delivered to the predefined service standards
- install, configure, and troubleshoot system applications
- provide solutions to internal users when required
- maintain daily I.T. operations to comply with internal I.T. policies and procedures
