Halma Fluid Technology (HFT) is a Halma ( http://www.halma.com/ ) company division with all 5 subsidiary companies in U.S making critical components/devices such as valves & pumps, probes & connectors, gas sample conditioning devices and mass flow meters etc., these products are widely used by scientific, environmental, medical and industry instrument manufacturers for demanding fluid handling applications.

HFT Shanghai Co., Ltd. is put on a steep growth path but required the expertise and leadership of this position with a proven-track-record in related-industry to achieve operations excellence.



Responsibility:

1. Perform the material planning in accordance with forecast, sales orders, production plan and inventory target levels;

2. Managing purchase orders, monitoring open orders status and follow up with on time delivery;

3. Prepare and maintain the documentations according to Imp & Exp regulations to ensure the parts or goods arrived or shipped according to the plan;

4. Track and evaluate suppliers' performance (OTD, quality, service, etc.) and prepare periodic report with improved actions plan;

5. Follow up defective materials return and replacement process to make sure RTV inventory under control with other functions;

6. Make cost control and saving on the purchasing and materials inventory through lean activities;

7. Review payment status regularly and solve payment issues with finance and other functions to be sure on time payment to supplier;

8. Visits or sourcing suppliers as necessary and appropriate within scope of job responsibilities;

9. Maintain and control the purchasing and relevant data in ERP system;

10. Execution of other assignments/duties by management






Qualifications:

1. University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or similar fields;

2. 4+ years experience in material planning, purchasing, inventory control and Imp & Exp logistic activities;

3. Experience sourcing new suppliers, driving cost reduction and supporting new product introductions;

4. Experiencing in ERP system and office software application ;

5. Good problem solving and decision making skill based on rational thinking;

6. Honest, initiative, Hardworking, Sense of responsibility and customer orientated;

7. Good Command of Verbal and Written English

8. Working knowledge of MS Office
