职位描述：
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assist NPD project through recommending concepts and prototypes according to brief requirements; support commercialization;
? Work with Consumer Insight to lead innovation process for internal and external customers;
? Support seamless collaboration with Market Insight, Product Development, Flavorist, Sensory, Sales and Marketing;
? Visit strategic and critical customers for sample submissions, new product concept presentations, trouble shootings and conduct menu development as well as develop customer intimacy;
? Develop and execute product culinary demonstrations and trainings to both internal and external customers;
  ? Support sales and marketing with special events, manage completion of projects on time;
? Operate culinary equipment in a professional manner and organize repair/purchase/maintain of related equipment as needed;
? Maintain spirit of cooperation, good will and team orientation with other members of the other departments and groups;
? Connect externally with culinary community

EDUCATION
  A. Certified training in culinary school;
B. Diploma/Degree in a discipline of Culinary Art, Food Science and Technology, Biology or equivalent will be an asset

EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in restaurant/hotel/food service, plus 3 years of culinary product development experience; knowledgeable of preparing different western and Chinese dishes as well as various drinks/beverages
