职位描述：
1. Utilize product and manufacturing knowledge to specify quality assurance - preventive and/or detection methods to assure products maintain their quality level for customers. 利用产品和制造知识，以确保质量，即预防和/或检测方法，以确保产品向客户保持其质量水平。
2. Utilize knowledge of materials and components in evaluation of products and specification of product attributes to assure product quality. 利用材料和零部件的知识，对产品进行评估和说明，以保证产品质量。
3. Capture best practices of evaluation methods in written Test Protocols. 在书面测试协议中捕捉最有效的评估方法。
4. Communicate product requirements through specifications and reports (Evaluation Reports, Engineering Scope and Test Plan (ESTP), Technical Specifications, Request for Quotes (RFQs), Production Sample Inspection (PSI) reports, QA Sheets, etc.). 通过说明书和报告（评估报告，工程范围和测试计划（ESTP），技术规格，要求报价（询价），生产样品检验（PSI）报告，QA表，等等）传达产品要求。
5. Analyze product quality issues, determine root cause, and work with QA team to provide corrective action to assure products continue to meet or exceed quality and performance expectations. 分析产品质量问题，确定根本原因，并与质量保证团队合作，提供纠正措施，以确保产品不断满足甚至超越质量和性能要求。
6. When assigned a lead role, demonstrate ownership of leadership responsibilities: define objectives, tasks and sub-tasks, delegate to team members and assure team members deliver to expectations, seek guidance from manager to achieve the results expected. 具备获取、阅读、理解和解释技术报告、说明书、行业标准、测试数据的能力。
7. Ability to assess resources requirement for projects /task completion on time and on budget. 有与海外客户和供应商工作的经验。
8. Develop and deliver presentations for interdepartmental use regarding products, areas of engineering expertise, and process knowledge, etc. 与全球供应商建立高度的个人诚信，确保遵守公司的法律、商业准则和道德规范。
9. Recommend and support strategies that contribute to company continuous improvement system by generating processes and procedures to achieve productivity gains. 提出建议和支持策略，帮助公司持续系统升级，以实现生产力的增长。
10. Execute strategies set forth by management to meet customer and company requirements, deadlines, and department goals. 实施能满足客户和公司的要求，达到最后期限和部门目标的策略。
REQUIREMENTS任职要求：
1. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Mechanical or Material engineering areas of study are preferred. 理工科本科，机械或材料工程领域优先考虑。
2. Minimum of 5 years (8+ years preferred) relevant work experience in like or related field. 至少5年以上（8年以上优先）相关工作经验或相关领域工作经验。
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize and organize projects in a changing environment. 能在不断变化的环境中，同时执行多项任务、优先安排项目的能力。
4. Proven skills in analyzing product failures with a proven history of developing and implementing corrective actions. 有分析产品故障的能力，并能实施纠正措施。
5. Requires strong communication skills, willingness to work in a dynamic team environment, a healthy attitude and a keen. 有较强的沟通能力，愿意在充满活力的团队环境中工作，有积极热忱的工作态度。
6. Proven ability to procure, read, understand, and interpret technical reports, specifications, industry standards, test data. 具备获取、阅读、理解和解释技术报告、说明书、行业标准、测试数据的能力。
7. Experience working with overseas customers and suppliers. 有与海外客户和供应商工作的经验。
