职位描述：
?辅助仓库主管管理好操作员团队，保证库存及报表的更新，安排好原料，中间体与成品的出入库。
Support warehouse supervisor to manage the warehouse operator team, timely updating inventory records and other related reports and arrange RM., intermediated products and finished products inbound and outbound
?备品备件的管理
Spare parts management
?负责仓库物料出入的账务系统处理及核对
Be responsible to go through WH account system and check material inbound and outbound
?负责物料出入相关单据备案，及时提交相关人员，确保账务日清日毕；
Be responsible for the related receipts recording and submit to related people timely and make sure the accounting is clear.
?根据当日物料出入情况，每日对库存、出货等报表进行及时更新，发送相关人员, 确保数据及时更新；
Update the inventory report regarding stock and shipment situation according to material inbound & outbound every day to make sure data is updated.
?辅助主管日常仓库管理，包括5S、安全等；
Support the daily management of the warehouse including 5S, safety and etc.
?与公司内部其他部门（如：生产，质量等）协调配合工作
Coordinate with other departments (like production, quality and etc.)
?完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格
Job qualifications
?大专及以上学历
College degree or above
?能使用ERP或者SAP系统者优先
Be familiar with ERP or SAP system
?持有叉车证者优先
Certification of forklift is preferred
?有2~3年化工厂仓库管理经验
2~3 years working experience in chemistry industry in warehouse
?英语读写良好
