Interpretation of Client's ITT documents including specifications, drawings, etc. to establish the required understanding of all aspects. There were applicable clarification shall be requested from the Client.

Preparation of the Proposal Strategy Form.

Preparation of optimum and cost effective installation and/or removal procedures and methods.

Preparation of requests for quotation from and negotiations with potential subcontractors and overall evaluation of subcontractor proposals.

Preparation of cost estimates for the Work offered with the Proposal.

Preparation of the Proposal submissions conform Clients format requirements.

Coordinate and obtain input (using the Proposal Input Request Form) required form QESH, Contracts, Engineering and Planning and other Departments with respect to ITT documents as required for inclusion into the Proposal submission

Preparation of the Proposal Evaluation Pack, if needed.

coordinate and obtain input from CEO and Marketing and Business Development Manager with respect to prices and rates for inclusion in the Proposal submission.

Followup on queries received from Clients related to the Proposal submissions.

Negotiations with Clients to clarify and follow up the Proposal submission, until there are clear indications the Work offered shall be awarded or until Contract Award, as appropriate.

After Contract Award is established, handover of the Contract to the project team.
