职位描述：
主要职责(Main Responsibilities):
1、带领团队向最终客户交付相关IT服务，服务包括新开店服务、现场支持服务等等。
2、负责团队建设及团队人员管理。
3、知识库管理及培训；
4、对客户的IT项目进行有效的项目管理；
5、建立ITIL服务流程体系并确保服务交付质量；
6、处理客户投诉及满意度跟踪；
 
职位要求(Position Requirements):
1、大学专科以上学历，3年以上相关IT服务交付工作经验；
2、熟悉Windows操作系统、网络配置、零售POS系统以及相关硬件支持；
3、熟练掌握IT运维支持中出现的服务故障、系统故障、网络故障；
4、熟练掌握ITIL流程管理及IT项目管理；
5、 良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力及抗压能力。可接受江浙沪短期出差。 举报 分享
