Job Purpose:
To ensure that all goods that are shipped from the vendors, meet the clients specified standards & by doing this contribute to the companies growth & stability.

Education & Experience:

8 years experience as a Quality Inspector - Apparel

Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge & understanding of each clients' standards & expectations.
Should be familiar with quality standards and requirements of US and European markets
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Well conversant with quality systems & SOP.

Behavior: Leadership, professional, result-oriented, quality-oriented, mature, integrity, deadline conscious, tactful, well-organized, attention to details, reliable, good interpersonal and communication skills, people-oriented & a team player

Key Accountabilities:

1. To maintain quality levels within the specified client AQL Level.

2. To be up to date with all respective clients manuals, protocols & standards

3. To effectively conduct PP meetings, pilot runs, inline, pre finals, final inspections for clients as specified by corporate office.

4. Need to plan, evaluate all size set & TOP samples in a timely manner as specified in the companies SOP.

5. Should proactively work with the vendor CAP's on technical evaluation, in order resolve all outstanding quickly & permanently.

6. Need to keep the Quality Assurance manager informed at all times on any exception to shipments, DPI & IPI, as & when required.

7. To manage the offshore inspections effectively, whist keeping the Quality Assurance manager up to date on any issues

8. To prepare & submit all reports on time accurately & professionally.

9. To plan ahead all factory visits effectively & in a cost efficient manner.

10. To work with all teams, specially with the merchandising teams to meet company objectives & goals. 举报 分享
