The Job:

To provide quality Air Export service for customers.

To answer the telephone from customers, receive bookings and check cargo and document ready date.

To keep close contact with destination office for shipment confirming and tracking.

To process PO management in ETMS system.

To prepare shipment summary report according to customers' requirement.

To liaise with oversea office and customer.

The Qualifications:

College graduated or above.

2 year's working experience in Air freight forwarding or related field.

Good command of English.

Good communication skill, customer oriented.

Team work player, able to work under pressure
