Payroll administration: 工资管理
？ Attendance management: Check、Monitor and analyze overtime and attendance. Raise suggestion of related management regulation.
？ 考勤管理: 核对、监控和分析加班和出勤、缺勤情况，提出改进建议。
？ Monthly salary distribution and social charges payment on time in line with government requirement and company benefits policy.
？ 每月按时工资发放和根据政府要求和公司福利政策进行法定四金与年金的缴纳.
？ Monitor labor cost vs. budget on monthly basis and report any deviations.
？ 对比预算监控每月公司人工费用，并汇报偏差。

Implement Compensation and Benefits system执行公司薪酬福利体系
？ Implement company salary system.执行公司的薪酬体系。
？ Update company related regulation in line with latest legal requirement in terms of compensation and benefits. Update the employee manual and related HR policy.
？ 根据最新的薪酬福利法律要求, 更新公司相关规定(员工手册等规章制度)
？ Keep a good social relationship with other social security bureau and other related organizations and cooperate with related audit.
？ 与社保局和相关政府机构保持良好的关系, 配合相关审计。
？ Participate and coordinate the data preparation for salary survey and help HR director with salary benchmarking vs. the market and propose solutions for salary system improvement per HR director request.
？ 参与薪酬调查并协调薪酬调查的信息准备， 协助人事行政部经理进行市场工资对标，按人事经理要求对薪酬体系的改进提出建议方案
？ To support HR director to make BOD labor cost budget 配合主管进行董事会人工成本数据的上报
？ Support HR system management 支持HR系统的管理工作
Personnel cost analysis and control/人工成本分析与控制
？ Personnel cost consolidation and analysis. In charge of all the reporting of salary issue.
？ 人工成本汇总和分析，完成投资方的相关报表
？ Help HR director with the preparation of labor cost budget .
？ 协助人事行政部经理准备人工成本预算。

？ In charge of overall benefits budget，rigor implement the plan after leaders validated.
？ 负责编制员工福利计划预算，并严格按照已批准的福利方案付诸实施
？ Manage employee medical insurance claim/管理员工医疗保险理赔事宜
？ Organize regular health check for employees组织员工定期体检
