Role Purpose
Work with and support Event Manager on required job responsibilities.

Accountabilities
1. Well scheduling for all aspect of the events
2. Organize and coordinate with related parties, merchandising, trade marketing, sales team and local partners to ensure the events be smoothly implemented
3. Present well before, during and after an event to make sure things run smoothly
4. Control event cost within planned budget by negotiation with third parties and agencies to make sure cost effectiveness, always striving for cost reductions by given good quality
5. Agency and People management
6. On top of that perform any tasks that are requested by Event Manager in relation to
the job

Requirments
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 2 years working experience in international company/PR agencies, F&B industry are preferred
3. Familiar with market environment & event management
4. Good at communication and coordination skill
5. People management skill
6. Good spirit of team work
7. Skillful computer skill
8. English fluency and Chinese literacy a MUST
