职位描述：
备注：公司位于奉贤区平安镇，在市区有多条免费班车。

PURPOSE OF JOB
Provide support to managers and co-workers regarding their questions, co-ordination and administrative tasks related to the HR area.

ASSIGNMENT
Responsible for co-worker's on boarding/transfer/exit
Revise and update the administration policies and processes to optimize the administration service
Develop and update HR KPI and reports
Support on company events such as kick-off, office meeting, celebration etc.
Super-User in Global View, booking system and the survey system etc.
Support HR for the timekeeping, training, recruitment, meeting arrangement etc.
Training and learning administration and statistics
Search, manage, monitor and evaluate the administration vendors according to IKEA standard
Responsible for payroll administration, including PA, Social insurance, EA, commercial insurance, etc.
Secure the excellent operations on the administration processes, such as uniform and safety shoes distribution, canteen satisfaction survey, shuttle bus arrangement, cleaning arrangement and express processes etc.

IF YOU HAVE
University degree in HR or corresponding knowledge
IKEA values, concepts and strategies
HR administrative routines
Good language skills both in English and Chinese
More than 1 years experience on site administration, manufactory experience is a plus
Good attention to details
Ability to take initiatives and identify improvement potentials
Good communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive/ confidential information
