Job Purpose工作设置目的

QC主管的主要工作职责是完成技术部、商务部、供应商、客户和管理层交代的工作;负责协调与确保客户期望得到满足并超越客户期望且合法。QC主管将负责采用各种体系以保证质量控制,如ISO9001,全面质量管理(TQM),纠正预防措施 (CAPA)。
The main task of the Quality Supervisor is to fulfill the work and tasks set by the Engineering Department, Commercial Department, Suppliers, Clients, and Management.
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the customers’ expectations are met and exceeded as well as meeting legal compliances. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for employing a variety of systems to ensure quality control, such as; ISO 9001, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA).

This position is to manage, oversee, coordinate and complete all quality functions of the business;from Incoming Quality Control to Outgoing Quality Control and the implementation and analysis of Corrective and Preventative Action and Continual Improvement.

1. 客户管理
? 就质量问题直接与客户沟通,满足客户期望,及时快捷的解决质量问题;
? 协助客户进程确保符合与满足品质要求与进度;
? 编制保存MHI公司与客户的文件资料,确保所有记录保存并及时更新客户方;
? 回顾客户要求保证满足客户和维持客户要求;
? 分析客户反馈保证满足客户,并满足和/或超越客户期望;
Customer Tasks
? Communicating directly with clients regarding quality issues; working on meeting customer expectations and resolving quality issues as quickly as possible
? Working with client processes to ensure quality requirements and processes are adhered to and met
? Writing and maintaining documentation created by MHI and the Customer ensuring all records are kept and the customer is kept up-to-date
? Reviewing Customer Requirements to ensure they are met and maintained
? Analyzing Customer Feedback to ensure the Customer is Satisfied and expectations are met and/or exceeded
2. QC管理
? MHI公司和客户要求监督、协调所有QC,PQC和OQC工作;
? 协调MHI公司内部各部门与合作商确保质检工作及时、有效、正确;
? 设定质量标准,健康安全标准保证他们符合要求,并在公司与部门内沟通到位;
? 协助采购与技术人员建立质量要求标准;
? 协助采购、技术部协调质量检查工作;
? 运用恰当的方法监督与测量进程,以清楚地表明改进和控制之处;
? 严格控制不合格品,保证采取措施降低不良品和/或控制不良品配件;
? 维持ISO标准,以及按要求执行内/外审计;
Quality Control
? Overseeing and Coordinating all IQC, PQC, and OQC Tasks required by MHI and its Clients
? Coordinate between the internal departments of MHI and Partners to ensure Quality Inspections are conducted on-time, efficiently, and correctly
? Setting Standards for Quality and Health and Safety making sure these are adhered to and communicated within the Department and Organisation as required
? Working with the Purchasing and Engineering Staff to establish Quality Requirements
? Working with the Purchasing and Engineering Department to coordinate Quality Inspections
? Applying suitable methods to monitor and measure processes so improvements and controls and be clearly demonstrated
? Strict control of Non-Conforming Product, making sure action is taken to eliminate the non-conformity and/or control the non-conforming parts
? Maintaining ISO Standards and conducting Internal/External Audits when required

3. 数据库管理
? 建立,维护,控制数据库:

o 图纸资料

o 打摸资料&公司资源
o 正当性预防措施计划
? 根据公司和客户要求确保所有文件保存完好并版本正确;
Databases & Filing
? Establish, Maintain and Control the digital and physical databases of:
o Products and Parts
o Suppliers
o Drawings
o Projects
o Tooling & Company Resources
o Corrective and Preventative Action Plans (CAPA)
? Making sure all documentation is maintained and formatted correctly according to company and client requirements

4. 标准操作流程 (SOP)
? 协助ISO经理建立和保管文件;
? 负责持续修正和保管文件;
? 根据新需要和改进需求制定SOP文件;
? 负责处理商务&物流协主管管辖内的程序资料;
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
? Work with the ISO Manager to Establish and Maintain this Tool
? Be Responsible for the Constant Revision and Maintenance of these Documents
? Continually Developing the SOP based on new requirements and improvements
? Take care of and adhere to processes under the Quality Supervisor Position

5. 文件管理
? 记录和保持相关质量记录表,检测计划表,程序和版本文件;
? 确保所有电子版和纸质版的文件资料及时更新并妥善保存;
? 根据客户和公司要求以及国内与国际标准,建立、执行新质量文件;
Documentation
? Documenting and maintaining all Quality Records, Inspection Plans, Procedures, and Forms used and related to the Quality Department
? Ensuring all Documentation is kept up-to-date and maintained in physical form and digital form
? Creating and Implementing new Quality Documentation as required based on the clients and companies requirements as well as international and national standards

6. 供应商/合作商管理
? 保证所有供应商有效管理,维护和改进;
? 根据客户和公司要求协调、指导供应商,合作商以及工厂审核员;
? 监控供应商确保其积极自我完善和持续提供优质产品;
Supplier/Partner Management
? Ensuring all suppliers are effectively managed, maintained, and improved
? Coordinating and Conducting Supplier, Partner and Facility Audits based on Customer and Company Requirements
? Monitoring Suppliers to ensure they are actively improving and continually supplying quality product

Supervision of Staff
? Supervision and Oversight of all subordinates and the completion and success in their assigned tasks
? Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all subordinates
? The Training, Development and Assessment of all subordinates
? The Training of other staff as required
? Maintaining, Controlling and Creating the Job Descriptions (JDs) of all Subordinates in conjunction with Management
? Ensuring subordinates meet their performance, KPI, JD and Task Targets according to company requirements

Required Qualifications (Knowledge and experience necessary to do the job)

Related work experience相关工作经验要求: 3年制造业QC相关工作经验QC background in manufacturing work experience 5 years above

Formal education or equivalent教育或相关教育要求: 工程技术专业或制造业教育背景,大专以上学历Technical engineering major or manufacturing education background will be nice

Skills and abilities技能与能力要求: 注重细节,善于抉择与解决问题,良好的英语听、说、度、写能力Attention to detail, good decision making & problem solving abilities as well as decent English speaking writing listening and reading
