Sourcing Manager:
1、Organize and participate in purchasing plan audit, processing, signing, implementation and tracking;
2、Design and optimize supply chain management process, work norms, standards and procedures, and implementation;
3、Responsible for establishing and improving supplier management system, standardize supplier management;
4、Strictly control quality of goods, control inventory and defective goods;
5、Evaluate and rank suppliers, carry on monthly, quarterly and annual appraisal of suppliers;
6、Adjust price according to the market, and give independent evaluation opinion;
7、Arrange the daily work of the department, coordinate the relationship with other departments;
8、Other related duties.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above; age between 35-45; major in electronics, mechanics or similar; 5 years work experience in supply chain management/purchasing;
2、Familiar with supply chain management, quality management and standardization of production control;
3、Solid experience of team leadership and management, good at self-motivation, strong team spirit;
