职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1. Actively participate in the commercial team's product developing activities to find the gap and formulate the road map;
2. Maintains up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product / price / services;
3. Develop, Maintain and manage the relationship with the suppliers to optimize the company’s financial and operational results, continuously improve supplier performance;
4. Set up the pricing by marketing research and company pricing strategy that supports the desired line structure, including identification of primary competitors and relative positioning of those competitors;
5. Negotiate and finalize Supply Agreement Letter;
6. Have direct supplier management responsibilities, he/ she will have responsibility for the supplier management effectiveness to ensure the effective execution of the category portfolio strategy;
7. Other tasks assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirement ：
1. Has strong understanding of product marketing, engineering and sales functions;
2. Min 3 years of project management experience; Variety of function areas: Project management, market research and analysis, product lifecycle management;
3. Able to work with sales and give specific direction on product development;
4. Rich experience in indoor/outdoor Lighting industry;
5. Excellent communication skills, excellent English skills are preferred;
6. Strong time management skills and ability to set？ Priorities proven project management skills are very desirable;
7. Experience to develop and improve standard processes preferred;
