职位描述：
1. Senior Hardware Engineer
Objective of Job ：
Closure Hardware System specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with global team to define the Closures Hardware Hinge/Check & Door Handle/release cable System for APAC market.
2. To assist in development of Closures hardware System accessories for new vehicle programs in APAC.
3. To lead Closures Hardware system design and validation.
4. To maintain engineering BOM, Codep and CN/CCD managements.
5. To implement design works follow program timing and Key Product Characteristic/Key Control Characteristic.
6. Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external.
7. Lead/support Closures Hardware problem solving during product development and after product launch.

Qualifications:
 -Education: BS and above degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering.
 -Experience: At least 5 years' of experience in Closures hardware development and release.
- Skills & Competence:
1.Familiar with Closures hardware system regulation
2.Knowledge of Closures Hardware component packaging and layout.
3.Knowledge of Closures Hardware performance requirements. (According to standard and guideline to make product analyze).
4.Knowledge of Closures Hardware DV&PV test
5.Familiar with AQP, engineering & quality tools.
6.Supplier management skills, Lead technical review meeting with supplier.
7.Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
8.Self-motivated, work under pressure.
9.Good English communication skills (fluent in speaking and writing).
10.Domestic / oversea travels may be needed. 举报 分享
