Job Description *

1.Monitor month closing processes and timely provide monthly group reports with good quality and high accuracy.

2.Compare actual result with forecast and quotation, investigate variance with Operation to work out cost reduction plan and monitor implemented plan.

3.Cooperate with IT and Program to set up EDI flow for new coming customers in ERP system.

4.Supporting site GM and Segment controller in compliance with operation requirement, optimize factory key costing and KOI elements.

5.Formulate and implement group accounting and internal control policies/procedures, lead team to drive internal kaizen and keen on continuous improvements on internal process and procedures.

6.Provide training for subordinate related finance skills, communication skills to work efficiently.

Job Requirements *

1. Above 4 years experience in multinational manufacturing company. Major in accounting, finance or related courses.

2. Solid concept /knowledge on cost elements analysis, experienced in tight costing control in manufacturing companies, good data analysis is plus.

3. Aggressive on good finance results driving, keen on continuous improvements on internal process and procedures by lean activities.

4. Initiative, responsible, independent, good self-learning ability, quick to learn new knowledge, can work in high pressure, good team management skill.

5. Familiar with ERP system. Proficiency in MS office, good English in reading, writing and speaking.
