世界500强某德资企业 Main Functions and Responsibilities
? Support China Field Service Team to solve the technical problems at the first line through 400 Hot-line and E-mail to make service job arrangement of all service activities more efficiently.
? Implement China Service Management System to support field service team and in-house repair center for all technical issues: be in charge of Service Job Schedule/Dispatch of Product Installation and Service Repair Visit from Customer Service Request.
? Technical support to our customer, distributors and internal departments on any technical and operation problems via 400 Hot Line. Pass the necessary unsolved issue to field service engineers.
? Technical support for pre-sales and after-sales by 400 hot line: collect and identify the potential leads and pass to sales/service team
? Occasionally, might assist field service engineer to provide field service to customer as a field service engineer.
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree, preferred in Science, Electronics, Engineering.
? High energy, teamwork, self-motivated
? Be able to work under pressure.
? Good communication skills
? Good computer technology.
? At least 1 year working experience in related industry is preferred.
? Good command of both written and spoken English is preferred.
