Main Responsibility:

Follow up VAT invoice issuing accurately & delivery invoices to customers on time.

Cash management.

Withholding tax payment for none-trade business.

Monthly bank statement reconciliation except CITI bank on D+1.

Foreign currency incoming declaration.

Petty cash / bank draft management.

Local report.

Working with external and internal audits and tax filing.

Voucher binding & Filing, contract filling

Assistant Finance Team other assignments.

Requirements :

1）1 year above working experience in finance or accounting

2） Bachelor degree above in accounting

3） Good command of English reading, writting and speaking

4） Accounting certification

5） retail or FMCG backgroud plus

Familiar with cash management regulations.

Familiar with financial regulations.
