主要职责：

1.快乐蜂中国总部供应链管理（SCM）以及广告营销协调（A&P）。确保所有的SCM和A&P依照快乐蜂中国总部的财政指示准时准确的运作。

2.为JFC内部客户准备准确可靠地SCM和A&P信息，帮助营业决策，有良好的执行能力。

3.发现关于SCM和A&P的问题与潜在问题，确保会计经纪业务能够准确汇报并被计入总分类账簿。

4.帮助SCM和A&P工作，支持各地区。确保各地准时，准确，统一的财务处理以及呈报程序。

5.管理中国整体的清点和收集程序的特许经营业务，以支持经济增长的同时有效地控制风险。

6.作为金融SBU的协调者，管理所有中国实体。

7.以有效执行和维护金融政策和知识，以及对于有效可靠的控制进程的建立，维护和审查来确保已建立的公司控制在责任范围内的应用。

要求：

1.良好的人际交往能力，可以协调各部门之间的活动。

2. 有海外与中国GAAP/IFRS, PRC税务条例的会计实务工作知识。

3.可靠地商业决断能力。

4.熟练的电脑技巧。

5. 诚实主动的工作风格。

6. 良好的沟通能力，工作不拖拉

7.有共享中心工作经验者优先

Key Accountabilities：

1. Function as a JFC China supplier chain management (SCM) and advertising & promotion (A&P) coordinator. Ensure all SCM and A&P transactions are processed on time and accurately according to JFC China Financial Instruction.

2. Prepare accurate and sound SCM and A&P information to all JFC internal customers to support business decision and well execution of processes.

3. Provide problem and potential problem identification concerning SCM and A&P so that accounting transactions are accurately reported and can be reconciled to the general ledger.

4. Contribution to the SCM and A&P activities supporting for all regions. Ensure a timely, accurate and consistent accounting and reporting procedure in each location.

5. Overall direct China accounting & collection process for franchising business to support growth while control over risks effectively.

6. As the coordinator to SBU finance to manage accruals for all China entities.

7. Ensure application of established corporate controls within the area of responsibility by the effective implementation and maintenance of financial policies and instructions; and by establishment, maintenance and audit of effective and reliable control procedures.

Qualifications

1.Good interpersonal skills to coordinate the activities of various functions.

2.Broad working knowledge of accounting practices with China GAAP / IFRS, PRC tax regulations.

3.In addition, sound business judgment is required.

4.Proficient computer skill.

5.Integrity and proactive working style.

6.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage daily deadlines are essential.

7.Working experiences in a Shared Services Center for multiple legal entities is the advantage.
