POSITION TITLE职位名称: Vision Technician影像技术员

POSITION SUMMARY职位概述：

Responsible for the daily vision inspection equipment programming adjust and maintain base on the work order and carrier tape type, assisting the shift supervisor to make sure the vision equipment / computer/network / hardware running smoothly to achieve the shift quality and output target. 负责每日的影像检查设备程序编制调整，根据订单和载带类型维护协助翻班主管确保影像设备/电脑/网络/硬件运行顺利，达到翻班质量和产量目标。
Support shift supervisor and trainer to training and monitor the press operators ability of defect detect. 协助翻班主管和培训师，培训及监督操作工缺陷识别能力。


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
? Assemble complex Electro-mechanical components. 组装复杂的电子-机械零件。
? Maintain desired output from vision systems utilizing supplies and equipment, change vision components from one tape size to another. 从影像系统从维持期望的输出量， 利用好物资和设备，改变影像零件， 从一个胶带的尺寸改到另一个胶带的尺寸。
? Program (from an existing base program) new tapes on presses. 程序编程（从一个现有的基础程序）把新胶带编到机器上。
? Trouble shoot vision problems as seen by you or the operators. This may include the program settings, lighting, camera settings, electrical and mechanical, etc. 影像问题故障查找，由自己或操作工看到。 这包括程序编制，照明，摄像设置，电子和机械等。
? Daily maintenance of the vision system and its components.日常维护影像系统和零部件。
? Answering vision call lights and support vision floor coverage. 回复影像灯光呼叫，及支持影像在生产线上的覆盖范围。

? Overtime as required. 需要加班
? Removal, replacement, and maintenance of the Vision CPU’s. 移动，替换，及维护影像CPU
? Trouble shoot and resolve hardware, software and network problems. 故障排除和解决硬件，软件和网络问题。
? Ensure all Vision PC’s are functioning properly 确保所有的影像PC功能正常运作。
? Set-Up and maintenance of Level Wind and Innerwrap modules
? Vision Tech Training with regards to tape program set-ups and program changes.影像技术培训
? Advanced troubleshooting on the production floor with regards to entire vision system, I/O, VPM, Gray Levels, ROI Placement Vision Mechanical system.

? Manual dexterity with the ability to use hand and power tools. 熟练的手工能力

? Basic knowledge of Windows 95/NT/2000, VPM, NT Network Operating systems.

? Understanding tape quality (acceptable/not acceptable).
