职位描述
岗位职责
1、 负责与各金融机构、银行、政府及相关机构联络、接洽；
2、 负责与外部机构建立广泛的信息来源和良好的合作关系；
3、 负责公司融资信息的收集、整理，融资渠道的建立；
4、 负责各种融资方式的分析、探讨、操作、实施；
5、 负责配合公司战略部署安排相关投融资事务；
6、 负责参与融资商务谈判，撰写相关报告和文件；
7、 负责协助资金主管办理其他临时性工作、协调工作；
8、 负责处理公司与融资、贷款相关的各种外部事宜；
9、 合理进行资金分析和调配，内部融资安排。
任职资格
1、 本科及以上学历，统计、会计、金融等相关专业
2、 熟练掌握财务、税收、金融有关政策法规；
3、 具有良好的客户沟通能力，关系答理能力及优秀的谈判技巧 ；
4、 具有2年以上金融相关工作经验，从事过融资和信贷工作者优先；
5、 具有一定的文字能力， 可独立撰写各种分析报告；
6、 具有很强的组织和协调能力，有一定的人脉关系；
7、 具有一定的团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
