JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. Function as the telecom manager to support E&I team leader for project schedule and quality control, Telecom discipline manpower assignment.2. Function as the telecom manager for telecommunication design quality control, telecommunication group training, technical development, code and standard study and application, telecommunication software application and management.3. Function as the telecommunication manager for development and optimization of telecommunication design to meet client requirement, evaluation of telecommunication design input from client, check/review telecommunication design intermediate design output to other disciplines and final telecommunication document and drawings.4. Coordinate with other disciplines leader to support project design procedure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. According to project strategy to scheme detail telecommunication design specification with project engineering manager.

2. Leading development telecommunication design based on data from client and upstream discipline, including telecommunication engineering specification, block diagram, telecommunication equipment selection, telecommunication equipment list,telecommunication MR and data sheet, fire alarm and security system specification, etc.

3. Facilitate or review telecommunication equipment inquiry MR and data sheet. Leading the telecommunication equipment TBA work.

4. Leading crosscheck between telecommunication and relevant disciplines.

5. Leading the technical evaluation of new telecommunication vendor.

6. Scheme the telecommunication technical support and procurement support for Conceptual,Basic,FEED,Detail design by EPC contractors or CDI and for construction.

7. Leading the evaluation of telecommunication design input and important design principle.

8. Leading the update of telecommunication design work procedure and format for design document and drawing.

9. Leading the telecommunication design code and standard study and update.

10. Leading review of quotation from construction company.

11. Leading electrical discipline training scheme

12. Review the documentation to local authority if necessary.

13. Leading the coordination with local authority and permitting support if necessary.

14. Compliance with agreed health, safety and environmental objectives.

15. Active and intercultural cooperation with clients, EPC contractors as well as all project participants within the BASF Group.

16. Support team leader to cooperation with GT global activities.
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree mandatory - Master degree is an advantage
2. Degree in telecommunication engineering, at least 10 years multi project working experience, at least 3 years of telecommunication group leader experience 3. Open minded active, creative team-player and self-motivated.
4. Skilled in relevant software and tools.
5. Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin) skills
