职位描述
? A well-documented marketing strategy in line with company overall strategy.
? Frequent communication with BUs to help Business Units meet their sales and profit targets by making circulation and campaign decisions based on annual marketing plan
? Communicate frequently with BUs to update them on status and to get input on analysis-based changes in marketing strategy.
? Accountable for achieving budget / forecast financial and non-financial goals: customer acquisition, repurchase rates, cost to acquire a customer, customer retention, share of wallet, internet penetration, margin rate, marketing efficiency, etc.
50% Own customer acquisition process: work with vendors to purchase prospect data and with Outbound call center teams to contact leads; use results to improve selection criteria for better acquisition rates. Continuous testing to develop new methods of acquiring customers which does not depend on OB calls and are same or lower CAC (customer acquisition cost).
20% Work with Marketing Analytics team to design mailing tests to improve mailing profitability of each campaign; review results and make recommendations for subsequent campaigns.
15% Manage loyalty program, developing new strategies to use this and other initiatives to increase customer retention
