Purpose:
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training policies and procedures in China, identifies training needs, develops training programs, and works with business and function leaders and HR Director on career paths of the associates and the leaders.

Responsibilities:
? Work together with business and functional leaders to develop the short term and long term training and development plans based on the company's strategy, training needs analysis and annual training budget
? Develop management and leadership skills training programs and implement them according to the approved training budget and plan
? Provide consultancy service to the trainer, design or liaise with the trainer to prepare for the training course
? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure for continuous improvement to meet the business and functional needs
? Develop and maintain a wide arrange of training supplier's network
? Support in building up career roadmap for different functions and levels
? Keep and maintain the training records and analysis
? Support the other HR functions' initiatives, projects and operations (compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management, employee relations etc) if requires
