- accounting:
? responsible for ensuring good and accurate accounting records are maintained in accordance with local GAAPs for statutory reporting and IFRS for group reporting.
? ensure good suppliers records and clients records are maintained and documented.
? ensure fixed asset records are properly updated and depreciation properly calculated ? ensure regular reconciliations of bank, payables and receivables accounts.
? ensure accurate VAT invoices insurance and efficient coordinate with sales people.

- treasury:
? ensure correct payment to suppliers in accordance with good internal control and SAFE requirements.
? monitor cash receipts ensuring they're received on time and follow up on necessary liaison and paperwork esp for capital injections.
? efficient cash flow control.

- tax: ensure onetime and accurate reporting of VAT, BT, CIT, and annual filing.

- reporting and analyses:
? ensure on time and accurate reporting to the group (Hyperion) and to local authorities.
? ensure on time and accurate monthly reporting analysis to the group.

liaison with bankers, tax authorities, other govt bodies on forex controls, auditors: organize yearly audit including preparation of audit schedules, timing of audit and related stock take, system closure.?????

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Accountant Certificate Holder
Proven experience and strong understanding of ERP systems
Experience in Hyperion is a plus
Willingness to learn new software applications
Willingness to take bigger responsibility and work under pressure
Good communication skills
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
English Language skill in written and oral
