Responsibilities
Sales related
- Provide administration support to RMs in customer transaction and constantly liaising with the ops dept
- Pre-sales coordination with RMs to shorten implementation cycle
- Handle customers enquiry, such as their phone calls and simple instructions when the RMs are away from the office
- Maintain and monitor high standard of quality service to customers assigned by BM/TCM (esp for below Treasures segment.)
- Provide management support by preparing management and business reports where required
Admin related
- To ensure the Bank's and CB's internal procedures and guidelines are fully followed and to safeguard against any careless mistakes, fraudulent manipulation and money laundering
- Provide general clerical assistance including typing, faxing, inputting, filing, etc. as required standards

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in banking field or Financial Institution preferred
- Fresh graduates can be trained if they have the right attributes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result and customer-oriented
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressures
- Proficiency in MS office, especially in Excel
