Main Responsibilities:

1) Maintain food cost by ensuring that proper preparation, inventory, requisition, food pars and control systems are in place in all food operations areas.
2) Achieve departmental Budget
3) Goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
4) To be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
5) To accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
6) To be aware of competitors in the market and complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

1) Physical
Gender: Both are Preferable
Age: 30 or over
Height: Nil
Appearance: Neat and pleasant, good public image

2) Professional Qualifications
Academic: High school or above
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer
Working Experience: Cooking skills of all kind of cuisine schools
4 years relative experience in 4 star hotel or above
Language Ability: Simple English in greeting and professional fields
Others: Good public relation in kitchen group

3) Personality:
Self-starter, good mentality, good cooperation and team work, can work under pressure, create spirit
