职位描述
Responsibilities
? Control the day-to-day operations and functioning of the textile laboratory in order to meet the laboratory and customer's requirements.
? Assign work to the technical staff of the textile laboratory.
? Direct and oversee the testing analysis activity of the textile laboratory.
? Identify the training needs for the staff of the textile laboratory and provide in- house training to the textile laboratory staff on the use of textile testing equipment, standards and procedures.
? Plan and manage the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure all testing equipment always has a valid calibration certificate.
? Verify, maintain and monitor the chemicals and consumables inventory record for the textile laboratory.
? Maintain an adequate inventory of chemicals and consumables to support the operation of testing equipment without testing service interruption.
? Verify and issue the results of textile testing for test report preparation.
? Give opinions and interpretations of textile testing results for test reports.
Requirements
? Bachelors degree in Textiles.
? Fluent written and spoken English and Putonghua.
? 3-5 years applicable experience in a similar position with a major testing company or in house testing laboratory.
? Knowledge of applicable textile testing standards for Europe.
