职位描述：
工作要求：
1、Fluent in English and Chinese；

2、College degree or above, major in art or related。Has similar working experience is preferred；

3、Strong painting skills and creative sense for children’s art；

4、Caring, kindly, be patient, good at communicating with children and drawing their attention；

5、Fluent Mandarin, good image, affinity, cheerful personality, creative, strong adaptability；

6、Responsible, good team work, self-motivated, ability to self-manage.


工作职责：
1、To be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the teaching plan for the children in their care;

2、Arrange the course with integrity, gradation and knowledge structure. Execute the teaching program from simple to complex, let the children practice as much as possible;

3、Inspiring children’s interest in art, and developing their ability of drawing；

4、Actively develop and participate in work related interest of indoor and outdoor activities, pay attention to cultivate a group of students with painting skills；

5、Following-up the teaching of every child, and maintain positive relationships and inclusive practices with families, children；

6、Decorate the classroom to be artistic, and maintain a clean environment；

7、Complete the teaching objectives and other tasks from leader. 举报 分享
