职位描述
一、岗位描述
1. 参加3D、4D、5D软件的公司培训，并使用相应软件协助业主和项目经理进行项目管理和控制；
2. 协助业主和项目经理制定和执行3D项目管理和验收流程；
3. 配合业主和商务经理进行3D相关的合同条款审核；
4. 负责协助业主和项目经理进行建筑、结构设计文件和设计图纸的3D审核；
5. 负责与设计单位和施工单位协调，审核3D施工深化设计文件；
6. 配合项目经理和施工单位进行4D施工方案的审核；
8. 同时配合和跟进多个项目。
二、工作资历
1. 工作经验：三年及以上暖通、给排水或电气设计经验，或机电施工现场协调经验；
2. 学历要求：正规院校四/五年制机电类学士学位及以上；
3. 英语要求：英语四级及以上，优秀的英语书面表达能力和口头沟通能力。
三、能力要求
1. 扎实的专业知识基础和可靠的工作业绩；
2. 优秀的计划和执行能力，及良好的自我管理和时间管理能力；
3. 良好的沟通能力和现场协调能力；
4. 精通CAD操作，熟练使用Revit、SketchUp或其他三维软件者优先；
5. 具有较强的学习能力；
6. 工作有激情、敬业、有责任心，具有团队合作精神。
BIM/VDC Engineer (MEP)
Basic Responsibilities：
1. Attend internal 3D, 4D and 5D software training, and use them as tools for project management and control;
2. Assist Owner and Project Manager to set up and execute 3D project management process & procedure;
3. Assist Owner and Commercial Manager to review 3D related contract items;
4. Assist Owner and Project Manager to review design documents by using 3D tools;
5. Coordinate Design and Construction Companies to review shop Drawings by using 3D tools;
6. Assist Project Manager and Construction Companies to verify construction plan;
7. Assist Commercial Manager to verify and track Quantity by using 5D tools;
8. Work on multiple projects at the same time.
Qualification
1. Three years or above MEP design experience or construction coordination experience;
2. B.S. Degree or higher education from accredited college or university;
3. CET4 or higher, excellent English verbal and written skills;
4. Solid MEP design or construction knowledge;
5. Good planning and execution ability; master self-management and time-management skills;
6. Strong verbal and graphic communication ability;
7. Familiar with CAD software, proficiency with Revit, Sketchup or other 3D software is preferred;
8. Fast Learner and willing to learn new technology;
9. Responsible and Good at team work.
