职位描述：
-Responsible for the establishment of logistic department’s workflow, scope, and work instruction;
 - Responsible for training the staff to operate according to the specified procedure and work instruction;
- Responsible for the management of customer delivery process; make sure that all the products which the customer delivery are under effective confirmation and record;
- Management the delivery process, make sure that the physical quantity, invoice and the shipping label are consistency;
- Responsible for the information collection, such as customer order forecast, delivery forecast, production forecast, etc.
- Update the plant weekly capacity plan, to provide the basis of the production preparation for the manufacturing department, quality department and the HR department;
- Combine with the forecast of customer demand, finished products inventory level, WIP level, production cycle, supplier delivery cycle and other factors, scheduling delivery plan, manufacturing plan and material arriving plan;
- Responsible for the management of raw material storage; make sure that the raw material storage is confirmed and recorded;
- Check whether the quantity of raw material is consistent with the order;
- Monitor and coordinate suppliers to deliver raw materials on time and quantity;
- Responsible for the package plan of raw material and finished product, and continuously improve packaging plan to reduce packaging cost;
- Management the QAD system operation of the plant, and supervise record validation of all the materials, and input it into the system every day;
- Responsible for the warehouse management and internal logistics distribution of the factory; monitor the FIFO, monitor material accounts, consistent; monitoring factory inventory levels and idle material level;
- Establish and manage warehouse identification and display consistent and orderly;
- Evaluate the internal logistics handling cycle, reduce the process of ineffective handling;
- The management of production and distribution of material frequency, make the production process orderly and neat;
- Manage the input information and break point of the change of plant engineering, and establish the effective record to trace;
- Manage the factory's turnover rack, packaging container. Control the maintenance cost of turnover rack;
- Responsible for the management of the forklift, hydraulic lifting truck and logistics handling equipment;
- Manage and coordinate the transport company in accordance with Katcon company provisions of the time of extraction and delivery of customer goods;
- Responsible for the temporary orders and application of delivery; organize the team to make reason analysis and long-term corrective measures, and tracking verification;
- Decompose and establish the KPI of the logistics department, and evaluate team performance according to the company's operational objectives and quality objectives;
- Establish and manage 5S, safety hazards, labor discipline within the scope of responsibility;
- Analysis of transportation cost, storage cost, packaging cost, reduce logistics costs and continuous improvement;
- Make weekly, monthly, yearly logistic work plan;
- The preparation of the annual departmental budget, and control the weekly and monthly expenses;
- Evaluate monthly freight, packaging materials, gas usage, and establish effective cost reduction measures;
- Summarize the weekly operational data (VAS, customer delivery volume summary, the production rate reached, gas & wire usage, power usage) and report to the plant manager, submit TOP5 logistics issues corrective action plan, participate the plant operational weekly meeting;
- Summarize the manufacturing operation data monthly, report to the plant manager, analyze the monthly customer delivery, production, inventory level, and put forward the corrective action plan;
