Requirements
? Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Quality Management, textile engineering, chemical analysis, or any other relevant technical degree.
? Minimum 3 years related working experience in relation to business development, customer service, sales and marketing. Experience in working in consulting firms, certification bodies, or third party testing and inspection companies is an advantage.
? Knowledge of the international quality and safety standards for the testing and inspection of apparel, textiles, leather products, shoes, toys and hardlines consumer products is required.
? Possess a strong business and marketing sense with the ability to develop service packages which meet the business needs our customers as well as having good customer service management ability.
? Strong determination and persistence to ensure achievement of the company's objectives.
? Good presentation, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
? The ability to increase our existing customer base through the use of well developed marketing and sales programs.
? Ability to develop and issue price quotations for the testing of shoes, apparel and toys.
? Fluent written and spoken English, and Mandarin is required.

Hansecontrol is an independent testing laboratory providing chemical and physical testing services of textiles to importers, exporters, retailers, wholesalers and textile manufacturers. Hanse control has served the European market for over 30 years through its headquarters and laboratory in Hamburg, Germany. Hansecontrol began an international expansion in 2007 by opening a testing laboratory in Hong Kong. We are now ready for the next phase of our international expansion. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Services & Sales Manager in our new testing laboratory located in Dongguan, China.
