职位描述：
1、协助发酵研究相关工作；
2、根据个人能力情况，会安排独立承担部分工作；
3、与部门相关人员合作，及时分析和解决项目中遇到的问题；
4、根据个人表现，考核合格后可转正，留公司任职。
主要工作内容：
1、培养基的配制、微生物培养、发酵罐发酵等（能适应倒班）。
2、发酵后处理及蛋白纯化。
3、酶活测定及蛋白电泳检测等。
