职位描述：
Key responsibilities：
-Benchmark, recommend and trending investigation for lifestyle product which suits China market for both short term and long term;
-Work out local lifestyle product portfolio
-Align with HQ lifestyle product portfolio and Keep harmony between local and HQ.
-Manage and coordinate with lifestyle supplier or agency and other related function team for product development and ready in time with quality;
-Feedback China market requirements to HQ

Accessory
-Local accessory trending analysis and portfolio planning;
-Local accessory program management;
-Internal coordination or input for accessory launch
-Internal requirements are fulfilled
Qualification：
Key Performance Measurement ：
-Converting rate from plan to actual product
-Product ready in time with quality
-Team work with internal and external function team

Academic Qualifications Required：
Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive related

Experience Required：
1.Experience:
?At least 5 years’ experience in automotive field.
?Life style and Accessories experience in development or marketing aspect is an advantage.
?Strong sense for consuming / brand/trending percipient,
?Automotive product knowledge.
?Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
2.English skills:
Verbal and written.fluently
3.PC skills:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WEB based applications.
4.Communication and interpersonal skills:
Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.
Able to drive assigned tasks independently.
5.Leadership skills:
N/A
6.Ability to act independently:
Works in a responsible way on given tasks
Driving license is necessary
