Job Responsibility

1. Primary Responsibility

. Design For Manufacturing Analysis
. Proto-build process management
. Process Development(Panel Design, Stencil Design, Profile Optimization, Underfill development, etc)
. Failure analysis (X-section, Red-dye EDX, C-SAM, etc)
. SPI/X-ray/AOI Analysis
. New Technologies assessment(PoP,Triple Stack, etc)
. New material use method (Under-fill, Solder Paste, Flux, etc)
. New equipment assessment(CPK, GR&R, etc)
. Continuous Process Improvement
. Tool/fixture/Stencil design/maintenance
. Technical communication interface to Customer
. Secure the quality of all deliverables from SMT section
. Define and implement the Technical Roadmap
. Build up the core competences and capabilities of the whole SMT team

2. Secondary Responsibility

. Act as a Sub Process Project Manager by project

Job Requirements

1. Education Qualification

. College degree or above
. Major in Soldering engineering and related engineering

2 . Knowledge & Skills

. 5+ year experiences focus on SMT Process
. Fluent in oral English (Need communicate with Foreigner from customer to solve sophisticated process issue)
. Familiar with SPC and 6-sigma methodologies.
. With experience of managing a team

3 . Personal Attributes

. Common sense, social confidence and maturity
. Strong leadership and ability to lead by example
. Good Teamwork player.

4. Experience

. At least 5 years experience in SMT process or DFM
. With SMT and wave soldering experience is perfect
